Early access for hospitality operators
Everything your guest needs, quietly waiting.
A beautiful, always-ready e-ink display for Wi-Fi, checkout, house rules, local tips and the details that make a stay feel considered.
Already in hospitality spaces InnSlate is growing with operators who are putting the display to work in real guest environments.
Made for the people behind memorable stays
A calmer guest experience
Welcome each guest by name, then put the right answers in the room exactly where they need them.
Keep Wi-Fi, checkout and essential instructions visible throughout the stay.
Change information remotely without reprinting, revisiting or replacing signs.
Paper-like e-ink stays readable without glowing, chiming or competing with the room.
One display, every moment
Build a welcome once, personalise it by property or room, and keep every screen aligned from one place.
Built around your operation
Start with a single property or prepare for a growing portfolio.

Our provider-neutral data model is being built for PMS, weather, guest-guide and approved offer integrations.
See device health, content version and last sync so staff can act before a guest notices a problem.
Fits the stack you already use
InnSlate’s provider-neutral integration layer is designed to turn reservation, guest, room and checkout data into a ready-to-publish welcome—without rebuilding templates for every platform.

Useful to guests. Valuable to hosts.
Turn trusted local recommendations into a potential new revenue line. InnSlate is designed to show small, relevant offers only when they help: coffee near lunchtime, luggage storage before departure, or a reliable taxi at checkout.

Use trackable QR destinations or call links to attribute guest interest and agreed referral fees.

Designed around real hosting
InnSlate is already supporting 4+ hospitality customers across 62+ screens. What we learn from those customer environments feeds directly into the arrival, during-stay and checkout experience.
Templates begin with the information guests repeatedly need, not with decorative technology.
Arrival, during-stay and checkout journeys are reviewed separately so the right message appears at the right moment.
Customer feedback helps prioritise templates, integrations and controls as the platform grows.
More than 62 screens are now placed across customer sites, giving the team practical deployment experience beyond a single prototype.
Current traction: 4+ customers and 62+ screens. Counts are presented as live early-access adoption, not as a claim of measured guest outcomes.
From blank slate to better welcome
Start from a hospitality template built for the wide e-ink screen.
Bring in your room image, Wi-Fi, rules, checkout and recommendations.
Provision the device and assign it to the right property and room.
Publish changes, guest details or announcements without entering the room.
Founding access
We’re inviting a small group of Airbnb hosts, hotel teams and short-let operators into the first InnSlate pilot.
Questions, answered
Welcome details, Wi-Fi, checkout, house rules, weather, contact information, QR codes, local recommendations, announcements and approved offers. Templates will control exactly what appears in each property or room.
The hardware supports powered and battery-oriented operation. Final battery life and recommended update frequency are being validated on production-intent hardware during the pilot.
That is central to InnSlate. The integration layer is designed for systems such as Cloudbeds, Mews, Oracle OPERA Cloud, Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, Beds24 and SiteMinder, plus booking channels including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia. Individual connectors will launch according to operator demand, provider API access and certification.
Hosts will be able to schedule approved local offers and use trackable QR or call destinations for sponsored placements, referral fees or booking commissions. For example, a café offer can appear near lunchtime and a taxi service at checkout. Earnings depend on your commercial agreements and guest engagement.
No. Essential information appears directly on the e-ink display. Optional QR codes can open your mobile guest guide in the browser.
Hardware and firmware validation are underway now. Early-access operators will be invited in small groups as the pilot reaches their property type and region.
